The Self Service Clocking Machine is an Entry Level Clocking System that requires no software installation. The unit will record all employee clocking in and out times on the device. Clockings can easily be accessed by using a USB Flash Drive to download the clocking excel sheet.
These Clocking Systems/Machines are generally used in smaller companies where shifts do not exceed mid-night, each employee's fingerprint can be captured on the device. The Employees can simply place their finger on the biometric scanner to clock in or out.
The unit comes standard with a Supporting USB Flash Drive and should there be an employee with a damagaged fingerprint, the employee can be issued with a PIN to clock in and out.

Our Basic Biometric Clocking System comes with basic software sufficient for 1-50 Employees. Easily manage your employees clockings from the comfort of your office desk.
Employees can use their fingerprint to clock in and out with on the Biometric Terminal. Should an employee have a damaged fingerprint, an RFiD clock card can be issued for him or her to continue clocking.
Clockings can be downloaded daily, weekly or monthly in order for HR to review the transactions recorded. Once clockings has been reviewed, the HR Manager can Print the clocking sheets with calculated hours

Our Advanced time and attendance package will allow you to manage employee annual, family, sick, and many other leave types. Easily integrateable to your Sage VIP or any other Payroll package. Forget about manual processing that is just time consuming.
Clockings can be downloaded daily, weekly or monthly in order for HR to review the transactions recorded. Once clockings has been reviewed, the HR Manager can Print the clocking sheets with calculated hours. Should all relevant parties have signed off on the time sheets, simply export the clockings to your desired payroll package.
